Permanent Hair Removal Melbourne hopes you’ll be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns for refund or store credit under the following terms and conditions:

PHRM takes care to package products for transit. Items can be returned if the PRODUCT is damaged or defective upon receipt however, returns for minimal damage to packaging will not be honoured

For hygiene reasons, we do not allow returns of skincare, makeup or makeup products for incorrect shade purchase or change of mind. We do offer bookings for pre purchase colour consultations in clinic which can be scheduled via the booking link. Colour consultations require a booking fee which is redeemable with makeup or skincare purchase

For returned items, refunds will be issued as store credit only.
Original shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount
