PHRM prioritises existing clients so you'll have to join one of our waitlist options until we can see ongoing appointment options for you

Evening (after 4.30pm) Currently 6+ months long but new staff will be adding evening hours in early 2026

Day (before 4.30pm) Currently 2-4 months long but moves quickly. Clients with regular Monday & Friday availability will get in faster due to extra staff

Last Minute Clients are allowed to book treatment NO MORE than 48 hours beforehand. *This option is for clients that are comfortable with visible growth at all times & is limited to a small number so there are enough appointment options

We need to know your REGULAR AVAILABILITIES going forward LONG TERM within our business hours MONDAY to THURSDAY 8.30am to 8.30pm & Friday 8.30am to 5pm (Fridays will be available from early 2026 with Capree for women only)

Let us know if you're a pre planned schedule lover or you'd like to be shortlisted as a last minute/gap filler client. (Gap fillers will still need to wait as we only allow a few at a time to ensure everyone has a chance to book)
